Fields of Mistria is a single-player farming and life-sim RPG developed and published by NPC Studio. After an earthquake damages the idyllic village of Mistria, you receive an overgrown homestead in exchange for helping restore the town while strange magic begins flowing through the land.
The game combines farming, fishing, mining, crafting, ranching, romance, marriage, seasonal festivals, quests, customization and combat in ancient ruins. Version 1.0 completed the Town Repair storyline, raised the Renown cap to 100 and added marriage and children.
Choose a focused hub instead of searching through one long guide. Every section below explains what it covers and leads to a real overview page, while the beginner route remains the best starting point for a new save. The categories deliberately separate character, activity, collection and technical intent: that makes it easier to move from a broad question to the right guide without mixing verified full-release facts with unsupported item-level detail.
Start with a practical first-season route, then organize daily routines around stamina, tools, requests, town progress and the activity you want to prioritize next.
Open hub →Meet Mistria’s 30+ villagers and use character-focused overviews to understand how friendship, town life and the social side of progression fit together.
Open hub →Follow the verified scope of friendship, heart progression, gifts, 12 marriage candidates, proposals, weddings, marriage and family systems in the full release.
Open hub →Plan seasonal crops, a manageable farm routine, crafting and long-term homestead progress without presenting unverified crop prices or item data as fact.
Open hub →Understand where fishing, seasonal catches and collection goals fit into a balanced day, with room for future fish-specific guides when verified data is available.
Open hub →Prepare for Mines and ancient-ruin exploration involving monsters, resources, artifacts and combat, while keeping stamina and inventory needs in view.
Open hub →Explore the verified ranching scope: raising animals, breeding and rare color variants, without inventing species-specific schedules or unsupported production values.
Open hub →See how magic, skills and useful perks connect to wider progression, using full-release framing instead of carrying forward unverified Early Access assumptions.
Open hub →Organize museum progress across artifacts, fish, insects and other collections, and connect each collection goal to the activity that supplies it.
Open hub →Navigate story quests, town requests, festivals, locations, cooking and crafting topics through a single hub built for task-focused guides.
Open hub →Check release, patch, platform, Steam Deck compatibility and technical information with visible dates for facts that can change over time.
Open hub →Fields of Mistria connects practical farm work, town restoration and social progression. These six systems form the broad gameplay loop confirmed by the official full-release material; the linked hubs keep each topic separate so you can follow the goal that matters today.
Plant seasonal crops, manage a workable farm routine, craft useful items and improve the homestead at a pace that leaves room for the rest of town life.
Meet more than 30 villagers, follow friendship and heart progression, and use the social hubs when romance, marriage or family life becomes your next goal.
Fishing and seasonal collection goals offer a change of pace from farming. Use them alongside gathering, museum work and errands instead of forcing every activity into one day.
The Mines and ancient ruins connect combat, monsters, resources and artifacts. Prepare around stamina and inventory space before making exploration the day’s main activity.
Magic and skill progression support the wider loop rather than replacing it. Check the magic overview for the verified scope without relying on outdated Early Access assumptions.
Town Repair, Renown, quests and museum collections create longer goals. Version 1.0 completed the Town Repair storyline and raised the Renown cap to 100.
Update details and review percentages can change, so this section separates the dated research snapshot from evergreen guide content. The recently updated guide card is generated from published content metadata rather than a made-up activity feed.
